The housing company includes spacious studios, bright one-bedroom apartments, functional two-bedroom units, and airy four-room family homes. There are 24 parking spaces with electrical outlets available at €20/month and 2 unheated spaces at €15/month. Each apartment includes its own sauna. The sheltered courtyard is ideal for families with children and features a playground. Ylöjärvi’s city services are nearby, and the Elo shopping center is just a couple of kilometers away. Outdoor trails and ski tracks are accessible right from your doorstep, and a beach is also close by. The nearby Uusi-Kuruntie road provides excellent transport connections to the city center and Tampere, with convenient bus access. Water fee: €20 per person per month. A 10 Mbps internet connection is included in the rent. Pets are welcome in our apartments. The notice period for right-of-occupancy apartments is 3 months.
