All services a stone's throw away This five-storey building is located in southern Hervanta. The building was completed in 1979 and refurbished in 2005. There are a total of 45 apartments, all with a glassed-in balcony. Tampere city centre is around 9 km away, and the bus links are excellent. There are lots of services, schools, day care centres, etc. The population of Hervanta is a little over 25,000 but, the students and employees of the various educational institutions bring the daily number of people to more than 30,000.
